No, not necessarily. Of course, continuing education, further training at Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) with a Bachelor UAS or Master UAS is open to you. However, experienced professionals with other educational backgrounds are usually also admitted to continuing education courses such as CAS, DAS or MAS.
You will also be admitted to many UAS continuing education, further training courses with a diploma from a College of Higher Education, a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or a Federal Diploma. Sur dossier admissions (based on your individual background) are also common, for example if you have at least two years of professional experience in a management position in the relevant specialist area.
