In order to register for the Federal Professional Examination Team Leader in Social and Socio-Medical Institutions, you must provide proof of five module qualifications, which you will acquire in the course of further training as a team leader within preparatory courses. These modules are: "Understanding leadership and leadership behaviour as a team leader", "Organization and quality of teamwork", "Goal-oriented leadership in a team", "Planning, implementation and evaluation of leadership tasks", and "Fundamentals of team development and cooperation". The Quality Assurance Commission (QA Commission) decides on the equivalence of other certificates of competence.
