In order to be admitted to the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Human Resources, you must have passed the HR Assistant Certificate Examination, which is no more than five years old. For this exam, you will attend a preparatory course for six months to a year, which you can also complete while working and which will prepare you perfectly for the exam. Only once you have passed this exam can you register for the Federal Professional Examination for HR Specialists.
