For some continuing education, further training courses at a make-up school you need to have trained as a beautician or have sufficient experience, but these are usually only continuing education courses and special workshops that provide you with in-depth knowledge in a very specific area, such as eyelash extensions, airbrushing, hairstyling or show make-up. Basic courses that teach you the basics of make-up or provide you with comprehensive training to become a make-up artist usually do not require any previous knowledge.
