Each MAS, Master of Advanced Studies, is divided into several CAS certificate courses, Certificate of Advanced Studies, which can be attended and completed independently of each other. In this way, for the MAS in Timber Construction UAS, which consists of 4 CAS plus the MAS thesis, you have the opportunity to attend the individual certificate courses at the pace that suits you. This means that you can attend three CAS in timber engineering or timber construction at the same time within one semester, or you can attend one every one, two or even three semesters. This of course changes the duration of the Master's course, depending on the intensity of your studies.
