Training as an air conditioning technician includes a number of examinations, which are graded. In order to qualify as a service technician for ventilation and air conditioning, the exams must be completed with an average grade of 4.0 or better; in the hygiene training B exam (SWKI VA 104-01/VDI 6022), at least 15 of around 20 questions must be answered correctly.
