Do cooking course participants need to have any prior knowledge?
Cooking experience is usually recommended, but not mandatory for all courses. However, some cooking courses require previous experience in specific areas. For example, in the case of courses at the large Ayurveda Cooking School, participants are expected to have completed a basic Ayurveda course or have previous knowledge of Ayurveda in general. However, the schools will inform you about the explicit prerequisites for the individual courses.
