At a College of Higher Education (CHE), there is the option of completing continuing education, further training in the textile and clothing industry to become a graduate designer CHE product design with a focus on textile design or fashion design, as well as training to become a graduate technician CHE textile, fashion design & technology with a focus on design or graduate technology, a technician CHE clothing or a graduate textile economist CHE. Alternatively, there are many other opportunities to train as a designer at HFs outside the fashion industry, for example in industrial design, photography, interaction design, communication design or fine arts.
