Mit welchem zeitlichen Aufwand muss ich bei einem Risiko-Management Kurs rechnen?

How much time should I expect to spend on a risk management course?

Three to four-day courses in risk management are not uncommon in order to teach participants the theoretical basics. CAS courses, on the other hand, are somewhat longer, often lasting several months, usually between three and six months. A DAS, such as DAS Integrated Risk Management, lasts three semesters, although you can also find DAS, or Diploma of Advanced Studies, courses at universities of applied sciences and universities that only last 19 months. In most cases, however, you can expect a DAS to take 2-3 semesters. An MAS, a Master of Advanced Studies in Risk Management, is made up of 5 CAS and a Master's thesis, so you should expect to spend around 6 semesters on such continuing education, further training. As university-level courses are continuing education, further training courses aimed at specialists and managers, the course times are usually set so that you only have to accept minimal loss of working hours, if any, as the lectures usually take place in the evenings or on Saturdays, and in many cases every two or four weeks. However, there are also courses where you have attendance classes one day a week, so please contact the course provider directly for the exact dates of each individual course in Risk Management.
