Depending on the CAS and the Universities, 10 or 15 ECTS points are awarded for the degree, which corresponds to a workload of 300 to 450 hours. Classroom teaching takes place on Fridays and Saturdays at the Universities of Lucerne, while the distance-learning university of applied sciences only has five classroom sessions spread over one semester.
