The reflex massage courses on offer are very varied and range from foot reflexology and reflex zone massage to acupoint massage, acupressure and acupuncture. In most cases, basic courses are open to all people who are interested in reflexology massages on the hand, foot or other reflex points, who are not afraid of contact, but who have sensitivity and empathy. In some cases, however, participants are expected to have basic knowledge of anatomy and massage, so please ask the schools and institutes you are interested in about the exact admission requirements before registering.
