Kann jeder einen CAS in der Lebensmittelproduktion besuchen?

Can anyone attend a CAS in food production?

A CAS in food production or the food industry, such as a CAS Food Quality Insight or Food Law, is a continuing education course at university level. This means that participants are expected to have a university degree. In addition, professional experience in the food industry is usually required, often with management experience. If they have sufficient practical experience, prospective students are sometimes admitted without a degree. In this case, however, comprehensive clarification on the part of the course management is to be expected. For more information on the detailed admission requirements for the individual CAS courses in food production, please refer to the information brochures, which the relevant Universities will be happy to send you by email.
