Not all continuing education, further training courses in health management allow you to continue working full-time, but many do. For example, postgraduate courses and degree programs often offer block courses where you attend face-to-face classes for two to three consecutive days, often on a Friday and a Saturday. Classes exclusively on Saturdays are rather rare, but are also possible at some Universities of Applied Sciences and schools.
