Kann ich neben einem Rechts Studium mit Bachelorabschluss auch noch arbeiten gehen?

Can I still work while studying for a Bachelor's degree in law?

It is certainly possible to work while studying law, but you should consider this plan carefully. Studying law should not be underestimated and requires students to spend a lot of time on self-study in addition to attending classes. Particularly in the first year of your studies, it is best, if at all possible, to refrain from any professional activity in order to be able to deal intensively with your new subject and acquire the necessary basic knowledge. In the following semesters, it is conceivable that you may also work, but even then only to a very limited extent so as not to neglect your studies. If you have a part-time job, simply choose fewer modules per semester so that you also have to study for fewer exams. This will of course delay your graduation by a few semesters. Please contact the relevant Universities directly to find out what the maximum permitted duration of study for a law degree is so that you are not exmatriculated for exceeding the standard period of study. Alternatively, a distance learning course in law is probably the best option for you, where the duration of study is already designed for 9 semesters and you can flexibly organize a large part of your studies yourself with around 25 hours per week.
