Can I work as a pediatrician after completing an MAS in Pediatrics?
No. To be able to work in pediatrics and adolescent medicine, you need a medical degree followed by specialist training. An MAS in pediatrics is not a sufficient qualification. An MAS is a specific continuing education, further training, which in this case already requires basic training, for example in physiotherapy or nursing, in order to acquire specific skills in this area geared towards children and adolescents.
