If you want to work as a therapist, you can do so on a self-employed basis at any time, but you will only receive health insurance recognition, which enables you to bill your patients for the costs of supplementary insurance, if you can demonstrate sufficient contact hours and teaching hours. This often requires basic training in conventional medicine, which comprises a total of 150 teaching hours and includes, but is not limited to, human anatomy.
