Can I go straight into management with a Bachelor's degree in nursing?
No, a Bachelor's degree in nursing is not enough to enter management in the healthcare sector, especially if you have little professional experience. You can take on demanding nursing tasks with a Bachelor of Nursing, but you will only be able to take on management tasks with a Master of Science or a Master of Advanced Studies.
