Most continuing education, further training courses in environmental technology are designed to enable you to continue in your current job. However, you should expect to have to reduce your workload in order to attend the courses. A workload of 70 to 80 percent is recommended in order to be able to cope with the learning workload, as not only classroom teaching, but also preparation and follow-up time must be taken into account, as well as any exam preparation.
