Can I do continuing education, further training with a federal diploma directly after my apprenticeship?
Advanced Federal Professional Examinations (AFPE), which award a federal diploma, are master examinations that certify that graduates have a high level of specialist knowledge, technical and management skills. This type of continuing education, further training requires specific training and several years of professional experience, as well as a previous Federal Professional Examination (FPE) in the relevant field. A first step after a successful qualification procedure would therefore be a Federal Diploma of Higher Education and only then an AFPE.
