Can I choose different specializations for the Master's in Social Work?
You can choose between four different specializations for your Master's in Social Work in Switzerland. These are different at the Universities in Bern, Lucerne, St. Gallen and Zurich. In Bern, you can choose "Social Change and the Organization of Social Work" as a specialization, in St. Gallen "Developing Professionalism", in Lucerne "Social Work in the Context of Social Policy, Law and Economics" and in Zurich (until FS 2019) "Social Problems and Lifestyle: Theories - Analyses - Interventions". You can obtain up-to-date information directly from the respective Universities.
