Can I train as a business economist CHE without a Federal VET Diploma?
A Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET Diploma) in a field other than Business Administration Profile E or M is also possible in order to be admitted to the CHE degree course in Business Administration, but you must have more professional experience than trained business people. This means that if you have a Federal VET Diploma from at least three years of basic training, you must have gained at least three years of professional experience in a commercial environment and have basic commercial knowledge. Depending on the school, this basic knowledge is tested in an entrance examination or verified by means of proof of additional qualifications. People with a school-leaving certificate (with a focus on business) can also take part in the College of Higher Education's business economist course if they have at least three years of commercial work experience.
