It is not appropriate or important for everyone to complete a full MAS continuing education master's in geriatrics, so individual CAS certificate courses can of course also be attended independently of the MAS. For example, you can attend a CAS Geriatric Care or CAS Specialization in Gerontological Care and complete them separately, adding further CASs if required. It is also possible to select and attend individual modules within the certificate courses. It is possible, for example, to take a module in nursing research; patient education in gerontological nursing; family-centered nursing and counselling; care of people with dementia; depression, anxiety and addiction; geriatric interventions and many more.
