• On the other hand, there is theDirect admission to the qualification procedure(formerly the final apprenticeship examination), without an apprenticeship for persons who have worked in care for at least four years at least 50% of the time and can take the final examination through theCatch-up training. They can acquire missing qualifications through special courses.
• In addition, adults can also acquire their qualifications, professional experience and skills via aValidation procedure for educational achievementswhich does not require the candidate to take an examination, but only to make up for missing qualifications in courses.
