Can I study natural sciences at universities of applied sciences and universities?
You can study natural sciences at both universities of applied sciences and universities, although not every subject area can be studied at every institution. Mathematics, for example, can only be studied at universities and Federal Institutes of Technology (FITs), but not at Universities of Applied Sciences. However, environmental sciences, life sciences, biotechnology and some other fields of study can also be studied at Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS).
