You can study food technology at a University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor's degree, but studying is not the only way to find an apprenticeship in the field of food production. An apprenticeship as a food technician Federal VET Certificate, or LMP for short, can be one such option, as can an apprenticeship as a food technologist with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET Diploma), or as a businessman / businesswoman Federal VET Diploma food industry. This can be followed by various continuing education, further training in food production, for example as a food technologist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education (FA).
