If you want to enter or advance in bank management, you not only have access via a degree, but also via training with corresponding continuing education, further training. This can be an apprenticeship as a Federal VET Diploma bank clerk, followed by a Federal Diploma of Higher Education examination as a financial planner and a subsequent Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), for example as a financial and investment expert with a Federal Diploma or another examination. After the basic training, you can also attend a College of Higher Education (CHE) to complete continuing education, further training, for example to become a certified bank economist CHE or a certified business economist CHE specializing in banking. Of course, you can also complete a university degree in Banking and Finance and, if you are interested, continue your education, further training in Bank Management with a CAS, DAS or MAS.
