Italian courses: What are diploma courses?
Diploma courses are preparation courses for internationally recognized diplomas, such as the CILS certificate from the University for Foreigners in Siena or the AIL certificate from the Accademia Italiana di Lingua in Florence. These exam preparation courses effectively train you in exactly the areas you need to pass one of the Italian exams at your level. These special Italian courses have a fixed timetable of around three to four weeks, although this can vary from school to school.
