A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of educational science, social pedagogy or a related discipline is not necessarily required for further training as an educator as part of a Master of Arts in Special Needs Education (MA in Special Needs Education) and a diploma in Social Pedagogy EDK. A teaching diploma in pre-school or elementary school in regular classes is sufficient.
