If continuing education, further training is carried out alongside work, this does not automatically mean that it is possible or sensible to continue working 100% of the time. Depending on the course times, the employment relationship may have to be reduced, for example to 80 percent, in order to be able to attend classes. Nevertheless, there are of course a large number of training courses or continuing education, further training courses on offer that still allow full-time employment. This should be discussed in detail for the individual courses or training programs directly with the respective schools.
