Is it necessary to have a university degree to become a CAS team leader?
A CAS, i.e. a Certificate of Advanced Studies course that trains team leaders, is not exclusively aimed at university graduates. People with other tertiary qualifications, such as a diploma from a College of Higher Education or Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), are also usually admitted to the postgraduate course, as are professionals with sufficient professional experience and a comparable qualification.
