A semester abroad is not only possible when studying biotechnology, but is also highly recommended, as are other study-related experiences abroad, such as internships or writing your thesis. From the third semester onwards, you can complete an exchange semester at a partner university in Europe or beyond and, of course, have the ECTS credits earned during your studies there credited to your degree.
