Continuing education, further training in palliative care is also offered by some schools and training providers as basic courses (level A1) for people without special basic training in healthcare. The target group are employees from Spitex or long-term care facilities who only occasionally come into contact with seriously ill and dying people and their relatives. Special seminars are also offered for relatives to help them cope with their task.
