Telephone training courses train professional and successful telephoning at a professional level, for example to improve complaint management or sales, to win new customers or to be able to offer services. However, such training is not suitable for private individuals who have problems with telephoning in their everyday lives, who may not have the confidence to call unknown people or to present their concerns accurately.
