Is a building services course federally recognized?
Not all training courses or continuing education, further education and training in the field of building services are federally recognized training courses, although many of them are, such as the Federal Professional Examination (FPE) for janitors with a federal certificate, the Advanced Federal Diploma (AFPE) for janitors with a federal diploma or the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in building services with a federally recognized diploma. Other continuing education, further training courses will earn you association-recognized certificates if you pass the exams, while others will only earn you internal school certificates. Please enquire directly with the respective schools about the recognition of your training as a building technician.
