Is the training as a dangerous goods safety advisor / dangerous goods safety advisor from abroad recognized in Switzerland?
Foreign training is not automatically recognized in Switzerland. Anyone wishing to work as a dangerous goods safety advisor must fulfill the Swiss requirements according to ADR/GGVE.
In certain cases, foreign training can be credited or recognized if it corresponds to Swiss regulations in terms of content and level. In most cases, however, a supplementary examination or a course in Switzerland is required in order to be able to work officially as a dangerous goods safety advisor.
