Are private lessons much more expensive than group lessons?

A private teacher who comes to your home, for example, has fewer fixed costs, which lowers the price. Although private lessons may seem more expensive at first glance, you should always bear in mind that you will learn much more during a private lesson than in a course with perhaps up to 10 other participants. This means that you will reach your learning goal more quickly, which you can also set individually and thus learn only what you want. Achieving your goals more quickly means that the course takes less time, which in turn means that you need fewer lessons and ultimately save money. It is therefore not a blanket statement that private lessons must always be more expensive. The bottom line is that this option may well be more worthwhile for you than group lessons at French schools.
