Intensive Deutschkurse oder private Deutschkurse: Wo sind die Vorteile bei diesen Kursformen?

Intensive German courses, as the name suggests, teach German intensively. Such courses are available for people with different levels of previous knowledge. Learners must be prepared to invest more time per week in their language learning than in a standard course. Intensive lessons can lead to faster progress and the frequent exposure to the language means that less of what has been learned is forgotten in the time between lessons. This has advantages for people who want to take a language exam or have a clear goal - e.g. emigration or a new job for which the language skills are needed. Intensive German courses in the classic sense are language stays.

Private German courses take place as private lessons or as lessons in a small group of people who know each other privately (e.g. a married couple). The advantage of this is that the requirements can be tailored precisely to the people being taught. Due to the small group of participants, private German courses are automatically intensive. Although you can determine the regularity yourself, as an individual or in small groups you are automatically the focus of attention during the lessons. This can be exhausting, but is of course also very effective. In addition, very specific learning objectives - such as industry-specific German language skills - can be achieved easily and efficiently.
