The language of instruction for a Bachelor's degree course at a hospitality school is either German and English or English only, depending on the school chosen. Schools that teach exclusively in English require either a language diploma: either a Cambridge Advanced Diploma, minimum B; an IELTS certificate with at least 7.0 points; or a TOEFL test certificate with at least 100 points (iBT).
