Ich möchte an einer hauswirtschaftlichen Schule nach meiner Lehre gerne eine Weiterbildung machen. Welche Ausbildung kommt da für mich infrage?
I would like to do continuing education, further training at a home economics school after my apprenticeship. What training would be suitable for me?
If you have completed a basic training course to become a Federal VET Diploma home economics specialist and have gained several years of professional experience, you can now attend a home economics school and continue your education. You can choose between Federal Professional Examinations (FPE) and Federal Diplomas of Higher Education (CHE). Federal Professional Examinations are possible in the field of housekeeping, for example, to become a hotel housekeeping manager, and a diploma course at a College of Higher Education to become a facility management manager. If you have a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate, you could also consider studying for a Bachelor's degree at a University of Applied Sciences (UAS), for example in Facility Management. You can find out whether you meet the admission requirements for the individual continuing education, further training courses directly from the home economics schools, Colleges of Higher Education or Universities of Applied Sciences. Simply use our contact form to get in touch with the individual training providers and ask them to send you all the necessary documents, such as course content, admission requirements, costs, duration and a profile of the home economics school itself.
