The courses at an interpreting school or translation school are generally designed to be part-time so that you can continue to work. However, as the course requires a considerable amount of self-study outside of attendance times, 100% employment is not recommended and at some schools is not possible. Please ask the interpreting schools directly for the exact course dates. The courses are full-time courses which are less suitable for pursuing a professional activity. However, it is possible for you to extend your studies over a longer period of time and thus complete fewer hours of study per week. It is therefore also possible to work part-time in such a case.
