Are there any special requirements for continuing education, further training in human resources?
Admission to continuing education, further training in human resources - now called HR assistant - usually requires a completed apprenticeship (Federal VET Diploma), a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience after the apprenticeship. If you do not have such a qualification, you must provide evidence of 4 years of professional experience after the apprenticeship (correspondingly longer for part-time employees). A good knowledge of German at level C1 or higher is also an advantage.
