There is no training in the sense of an apprenticeship to become a bar manager, but you will find some very interesting courses and training programs that will enable you to enter the bar profession. One of these courses is, for example, a certificate course to become a bartender, which is the basis for further promotion to bar manager, or a course to become a chef de bar.
