Are there any special admission requirements for the AFPE HR Manager?
HR specialists and persons with a CHE or university degree are admitted to the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) HR Manager - Dipl. Leiter/in Human Resources. In addition, at least 6 years of professional experience are required for the HR specialist certificate, of which either 2 years of qualified HR practice or 4 years working in HR project or HR consulting functions with complex tasks. In the case of a degree from a University of Universities, a College of Applied Sciences, an Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) or a Federal Advanced Professional Examination, only 4 years of the professional experience described above are required.
