Participants in the HR controlling training course are admitted if they have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences and at least three years of professional experience. If no university degree is available, at least five years of professional experience and continuing education, further training (e.g. as a human resources specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education / Federal Diploma of Higher Education or similar) must be proven.
