The CAS in HR Consulting as part of the MAS Human Capital Management is primarily aimed at people with a university degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience as well as professionals without a university degree with at least five years of relevant professional experience and qualified continuing education, further training (HR specialists with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or diploma).
