Is there anywhere I can find out whether spatial planning suits me at all?
On the one hand, it makes sense to apply for a pre-study internship at a spatial planning, traffic planning or environmental planning office or at a building or planning authority while still at school in order to gain an insight into the work of spatial planners during the summer vacation, for example. Another way to acquire the most important skills needed to be able to work in a pre-study internship is to attend an introductory event organized directly by the Universities. An example of this is the 2-week event "Lust auf Raumplanung".
