Gibt es für firmeninterne Seminare eine Teilnehmeranzahlbeschränkung?
Is there a limit on the number of participants for in-house seminars?
In-company continuing education, further training is no different to school lessons - the more participants, the more restless and less individual. This is why many seminar organizers specify a maximum number of participants, although this can vary greatly and also depends very much on the content and structure of the seminar. For practical training courses, the number of participants should be kept lower than for seminars that are held simply to impart knowledge. Company-internal seminars are often offered for up to twelve people, some set the maximum number of participants at eight, while others hold events for up to twenty participants or far more. There are also differences in the minimum number of participants depending on the provider, so please discuss this directly with the seminar leader.
