Are there any languages at interpreting schools that I have to take?
At some interpreting schools, German is specified as the source language / basic language; at others, German must be chosen as the source or target language. At Universities, you can choose between different basic languages, such as German, French or Italian in German-speaking Switzerland and German, Arabic, Spanish, French or Italian in French-speaking Switzerland. English as a first or second language is compulsory at the Zhaw in Winterthur.
