Intercultural management is a central topic of the CAS continuing education, further training in Leadership Excellence. Complexity management, leadership of diversity, dynamic and complex organizations - systemic leadership, new leadership approaches, leadership in areas of tension and dilemmas as well as dealing with stress and burnout prevention are therefore just as much part of the content as a study trip on the topic of intercultural competence.
