The preparatory courses for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management (formerly Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management) are offered by all schools as part-time continuing education, further training. As a rule, lessons to become a real estate manager take place over the course of two semesters on two evenings or one full day a week; vacations are usually (but not always) identical to the school vacations in the respective cantons.
